We source all genuine parts from manufacturers, if a alternative part is wanted to be fitted, this is fine.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR US TO COME OUT TO YOU?

After the call out payment has cleared, we will be out with you within 24-48hours!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all types of debit/credit cards - the call out charge will have to be paid up front as a deposit before the visit. If parts are needed this payment will be taken on site.

DO YOU CARRY SPARE PARTS?

We carry many spare parts but of course we can't carry every spare part for every machine. If we find that your machine needs a part and we do not have it in stock we will order the part on a next day delivery so we can get back out with you as fast as we can.
